This is an intimate 5 hours tour an it is the perfect opportunity for wine lovers to discover an excellent local wine and to visit a typical wine cellar in with some of the best views of the Mallorcan countryside. Our wine route begins with a pick up by the cruise or your accomodation, then we take you on a beautiful drive to the bodega, and on the way there, our guide will do an introduction to the mallorcan wine,
Once we get to the winery, your tour guide will introduce you to the local host, who will take you on a guided tour through their installations to understand about the mallorcan wine and all the winemaking process, from cultivation to botteling and ageing. During the guided tour, feel free to ask anything you interested, as our local hosts are apssionate about wine and they love to share their knowleadge with visitors.
Then, you will be taken to the tasting area, and you will have tjhe opportunitty to taste 4 different wines that will go with small plates of local products such as sobrassada, quely crackers, cheese... During the tasting, you will learn about the aromas, flavours and charecteristics of the wine with your host and local guide. You will also have the possibility to buy wines at winery prices.
The second part of the tour will take us around the Binissalem wine area on a sightseeing tour passing small villages, old vineyards and many interesting places. Being a private tour, we will adapt to you and we can make many detours to take photos and to stroll around the area. Our guide will be giving you many suggestions and ideas to make the most of the day.
